Four projects shortlisted in New London Awards 2024

20th August 2024

We are pleased to announce that four of our projects have been shortlisted in the housing, education and mixed use sectors in the New London Awards 2024, which celebrate the most impactful new developments across the city.

Ladywell Park Gardens in Lewisham has been recognised in the Housing (unbuilt) category and has also made the shortlist for the Wellbeing Prize. This project envisions 102 affordable homes centered around a public garden, with a strong focus on green spaces, local connectivity, and community engagement. Whilst Author King’s Cross, a lively and liveable new residential community of rental homes from Related Argent has been shortlisted in the Housing (built) category.

Rotherhithe Primary School, a new three-form entry school, has earned a spot in the Education category, while Blenheim Square, a vibrant new neighbourhood in the heart of Penge, has been shortlisted in the Mixed Use category and is also in the running for the Community Prize.

Have your say by voting for the 2024 People’s Choice Award here, where you can choose your favourite project from this year’s shortlist and vote for your Hidden Hero here to recognise individuals that make a significant contribution to the creation of great places.

We look forward to the winners being announced at the awards ceremony this November.
