Towards Net zero carbon offices
The market is ready for the first generation of sustainable and regenerative offices to arrive. Our innovative design approach means that our current generation of buildings are long life, low impact. We work within the NABERS framework, WELL Buildings and use FCBS CARBON to measure the embodied and projected operational carbon of our designs from the earliest stages, which allows us to keep an open dialogue with the project teams about how our buildings will perform, and aim for very low and net zero. Alongside this, we bring our 40 years of experience designing award winning workplace to deliver the kinds of offices we would all like to work in.
Existing buildings
The workplace is evolving. We have the expertise to transform existing buildings through retrofit, conservation and a sustainable approach to fit out, into connected, contemporary, flexible workspaces that are ready for the next generation of office workers, and the way we work now.
Headquarters
A bespoke office building should embody the ethos of an organisation, enabling its people to work together efficiently and enjoyably in a building that will endure. Collaborating closely with our clients, we design offices that are sustainable, comfortable and productive environments.
