AN ELEGANT AND INSPIRING OFFICE AT THE FOREFRONT OF THE FUTURE WORKPLACE AGENDA

Three Chamberlain Square
Three Chamberlain Square

Our design for 180,000 sqft of desirable and attractive office space responds to its historic context, provides for the present, and has the future in mind.

Located within the Birmingham Paradise Masterplan, next to the Grade I Listed Town Hall and close to conservation areas, the building is ‘of its place’. The façade draws on Birmingham’s tradition of beautifully crafted red terracotta buildings, referring to the form and order of the surrounding architecture.

Inside, it responds to the changing demands of hybrid working. Agile spaces encourage people to come together to exchange ideas, collaborate and socialise.
