Our plans to transform this island site will stitch the former Chorlton shopping centre back into its wider context integrating a diverse mix of new homes with a local shopping street. A new linear park along Barlow Moor Road will encourage shoppers to sit and pause awhile, bringing a focus point for the community.

The faded precinct will be replaced by an outward looking shopping street. A diverse mix of around 200 carbon conscious new homes will be set within a network of public gardens and walkable streets.

The homes - for owner occupiers, including 20% affordable provision – will reflect the character of Chorlton's Victorian housing stock, complementing the familiar rhythms and folds of bay windows and brick detailing.
