Tom supports studio management across the practice, facilities, and reception, helping with daily operations, health and wellbeing, and assisting with exhibitions and events.

From a background in art and music, Tom has produced and created award-winning releases, performances, and installations spanning intimate underground spaces to international festivals. Valuing sensitivity of place and purpose, collaboration and community, he is dedicated to sustainable craft woven through all his work.
