Simon was the first architect to join our Manchester office in 2015 and was made a Partner in 2019.

With over 20 years of experience delivering award-winning public buildings, including the Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester, he is passionate about the value of design and delivering environmentally and socially sustainable buildings. His work includes Murrays' Mills, the transformation of the world's oldest standing steam-powered cotton mill into a residential development and a sustainable, flexible teaching and learning building for Staffordshire University.

He tutors at The Universities of Liverpool and Sheffield, is an external examiner at the University of Greenwich and co-authored the architectural assistant assessment criteria for the architectural apprentice Trailblazer group.
