Matt Clapham

Matt is our software team lead, crafting bespoke web applications that help the practice do everything from manage its finances to cutting project carbon emissions. He’s responsible for the intranet (AKA Swordfish), our FCBS Carbon API, a merit-based recruitment portal designed to reduce unconscious bias, the tools to edit this very website, and a host of other projects besides. You’ll usually find him glued to a keyboard somewhere.

He works primarily with .NET Core, C# and Vue, and is currently focused on creating a cloud-based, microservice-led environment, which aims to deliver boosts to cross-office efficiency as well as greater business resilience and application speed.
