Jack Breakspear

Jack is a BIM coordinator at FCBStudios and is currently leading the BIM coordination for the University of Sussex West Slopes residential project.

With more than 5 years architecture and construction industry, Jack gained experience in construction, remediation, master planning, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in previous offices across London.

At previous practices, Jack created and implemented office-wide BIM strategies. These strategies successfully ensured the seamless tender and construction process at different RIBA stages, on several projects, from large-scale masterplans, with an estimated value of £75 million to a one-off £4 million house. Which required the management and coordination of multi-discipline complex models.

Jack is interested in using new technologies in the built environment to create a more efficient and seamless collaboration process, such as BIM, AI Design & Technology, Augmented Reality, VR, and Off-site Modular Construction.
