Unity Place Wins Prestigious British Home Award

We are proud to announce that Unity Place has been awarded a prestigious British Homes Award in the Affordable Housing category.
The project delivers 235 socially rented affordable homes, designed in collaboration with Alison Brooks Architects and Gort Scott, and developed with the local community. Unity Place replaces an outdated 1970s estate, transforming it into a vibrant, sustainable, healthy, and safe new neighbourhood.
Huge congratulations are also due to Brent Council for their progressive and forward-thinking vision, which has been central to the success of this transformative project.
