Rotating studios move to Mottisfont National Trust Estate

The Observatory, a mobile artist studio and workshop has relocated to Mottisfont, an historic priory and country estate in Hampshire.

Designed to encourage interaction between artists and their audience, the rotating structures will sit within the beautiful grounds of Mottisfont within a circle of beech trees.

Visitors to the National Trust attraction will be able to meet and engage with contemporary artists creating work in and around the studios and join in a programme that will include community workshops and talks.

Formerly at Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve and the South Downs National Park at the Winchester Science Centre, The Observatory will move on to Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu in November 2016.
