Installation: Pea Soup House - Constructing Communities at RIBA HQInstallation: Pea Soup House - Constructing Communities at RIBA HQ
‘Pea Soup House’ is one of three selected works from the RIBA ‘Constructing Communities’ open call which set out to find works by large to small practices and students, responding to ideas of how architecture can influence or create communities.
The installation uses low cost, carbon neutral materials to create a high impact, transportable installation. It raises awareness of air pollution and brings together communities through food.
Each team have been awarded £5,000 to realise their structures on a true scale, which will be built and exhibited throughout the RIBA building, with the research and development exhibited in the Practice Space.
