Group Coordinator, London

We are currently seeking a proactive Group Coordinator to join our studio in central London.

Embedded within an architectural project group this role provides administrative support, prioritising effectively and often working to tight deadlines. We have 4 project groups in the London Studio with each group responsible for carrying out a number of architectural, masterplanning and urban design projects. Project support is diverse and challenging ranging from document control tasks, assisting architects with the preparation of InDesign reports, through to keeping project files up to date for quality management purposes, and other ad hoc project admin tasks.

Excellent organisational skills are required, plus a background of working in a creative or architectural atmosphere would be an advantage. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Outlook is essential, and an understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator would be useful.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Software Engineer, Bath

An opportunity has arisen in our Bath Studio to join the Information Technology Team taking responsibility for the development, maintenance and support of existing and new software systems: developing user interfaces and backend services for both internal systems and publicly accessible web sites and applications. The existing set of software systems is diverse and interesting with good opportunities for creative development. Working with Architects and support staff to make information available in productive formats alongside integrating applications and data. There are also exciting opportunities to work with Architects assisting with research and parameter based design.

Excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential; flexibility and a passion for productivity and organisation are important characteristics for the role.

An interest or previous experience in Architecture is an advantage but not essential.

Design Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Design Manager to work with our Belfast team.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team producing information in response to tight deadlines. Outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail is imperative. Advanced MS Excel skills and a knowledge of MS Project or Asta Powerproject is desirable; training can be given.

You will preferably have a construction or architectural related background, however, other qualifications which demonstrate an aptitude for report preparation and presentation will be considered.

This role will be based on site, in Belfast working under the umbrella of our Belfast office.

HR Advisor/L&D Coordinator, London

This new role will support the current HR function.

Taking responsibility for an individual HR workload the HR Advisor/L&D Coordinator will operate as the first point of contact in the London office for employee related matters.

This role will also be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of L&D cross practice, in close liaison with the HR Associate, and supported by the HR Assistant.

You will have proven generalist and L&D experience, a sound knowledge of employment legislation, excellent administrative skills and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Previous experience of working in an architectural/design practice would an advantage, as would experience of using CASCADE software.
