Assistant Group Coordinator

Have you just completed your Level 2 in Business Administration, or do you have administration experience and are keen to explore something new?

We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our Bath Studio for an individual who wants to grow and develop, with the full support of a dedicated mentor.

The Assistant Group Coordinator is a newly created role, designed to provide invaluable assistance to the current team of four Group Coordinators. The Assistant GC will work closely with the GC’s supporting the day to day project administration, general studio administration and document control.

We are looking for a confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. This is a great entry level role for an individual looking for longer term career progression.

Clerk of Works- Belfast

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clerk of Works or Architect to join a team of Architects and Engineers employed to monitor, by inspecting and reporting to the client and the Project Manager, on the quality of the design and construction provided by the contractor.

You will inspect and report on the delivery of the new building construction project work in accordance with the Employers Requirements and the Building Contract. Through regular site visits you will prepare Health & Safety reports and ensure that the work is carried out to the required standards.

We are seeking applications from candidates registered as a Clerk of Works, with experience working on large scale projects, or qualified Architects with experience of inspecting works.

A broad knowledge of the Northern Ireland construction industry is essential, along with extensive information of the relevant legislation and statutory requirements. Knowledge of internal fit out construction systems and specifications is very important, alongside the ability to prepare and write progress reports.

This position will commence in early December 2019, running until January 2021.
