Richard Collis


Richard is a Partner in the Bath studio, leading projects in conservative repair, adaptive re-use of existing buildings, and new building designs in sensitive settings. He is currently team leader on a number of important projects in a heritage context, including Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings, St Fagan’s National History Museum, a new hotel in the Guildhall, Bristol, University of Bristol Senate House refurbishment and the residential-led development of listed former HM Prisons in Gloucester and Portsmouth. Richard is an AABC-accredited conservation architect, external examiner at Northumbria University and guest critic at a number of schools of architecture.
