Through a variety of induction processes, an informal reporting structure and great teamwork we try to bring out the best in every one of our staff.

The range of our architectural work is extremely broad and includes housing, universities, creative reuse, schools and swimming pools. So when you join Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios you should be prepared to develop new skills and to challenge your existing knowledge.

When not designing award-winning buildings we organise regular social, sporting and design events. We have an annual Awayday and Summer Party, we have an unbeaten Softball team playing against other design practices as well as 5-a -side football events.

We do life drawing, sketching weekends, architectural and cultural visits and frequently create events and exhibitions such as the Bath Forum and the London Festival of Architecture. In addition to the usual benefits we also offer a free daily lunch, annual profit share and a comprehensive professional development programme.
