Open Positions

Group Coordinator- Bath Studio

This role will be based in our Bath Studio, however initially you will be working remotely until we are able to open our studios again.

We have 4 project groups in each Studio with each group responsible for carrying out a number of architectural, masterplanning and urban design projects. Group Coordinators provide first class support to Group Leaders, Partners, Associates, Project Architects and their associated project teams to enable them to run efficient and well-organised projects in accordance with the Practices’ QA procedures including Project Administration support (prioritising effectively and often working to tight deadlines), Coordination support to aid in team management, and Document Control.

- Project administration: Site observation reports, archiving, supporting with completion of questionnaires and risk assessments, attending and minuting design reviews and ensuring actions completed within the group, assisting with fee proposals and design programmes, assisting with issuing of client invoices.
-Document Control and Drawing Management: Ensuring that current drawings, schedules, specs and other documents are digitally filed, maintained and issued in an efficient manner
- Assisting with reporting, diary management, preparing presentations
- Understanding practice and project procedures, guidelines for audits
- Assisting with the preparation of BID information
- General support to the Group and other Group Coordinators as required.

The successful applicant will have strong organisation skills and experience working within a similar role; ideally within a creative or architectural atmosphere. The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team is essential,

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook is essential. Knowledge of InDesign an advantage but not essential.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Full training will be given.
