After completing his Masters degree at Yale University, Sam joined our London office in 2001 to lead the delivery of numerous educational, regeneration and cultural projects. These included a £30 million student village for Queen Mary, University of London, the RAF’s Cold War Museum in Cosford, a major mixed-use regeneration scheme at New Cross Gate in London, masterplanning associated with Marylebone’s Moxon Street, and the design of various secondary schools and adult education colleges.

In 2010 Sam went to Northern Ireland to establish our new Belfast office, set up to deliver the Ulster University's ambitious new £250 million Belfast Campus
